Well
A Zetec bottom end can be fitted with a CVH head. Why anyone would do that is beyond me, but apparently the escort turbo boys like to create what they call a ZVH. Apparently the bolt pattern is the same / virtually the same..

i think it can? isn't it a ZVH
a zetec head on a cvh bottom?
or is it the other way round?
zetec block with a cvh head

i thought cvh heads flowed quite poorly so it might be zetec head cvh block
