T50 questions
Hi guys, just a couple of Q's i need answering before i getback home from uni....
If youve used a T50 gearbox how have you mounted it to the chassis. if using a fabricated mount then any chance of some crud dims?
Also if youve used the Saab concentric clutch slave any chance of the dims of the plate youve used to mount it into the bell housing.
Im doing this the lazy way so that i save some time, instead of going home then measuring then getting it made i can just have it made for when i get
home.

Hi,which type of SAAB cylinder are you using as it makes a diifference to the thickness of the adapter plate.
See my archive for pics.
I can supply dims for both if you say which cylinder.
For the gearbox i used the standard T50 mount bolted to a 40mm flat bar welded hoizontally in position.
Hope this helps, and I will supply any dims. or pics that you need.

It's not just a round plate with two sets of holes. You also need a proper drawing as you remove the front seal housing and fit a new seal into
the adapter.
The adapter also is stepped to fit against the front bearing.
I'll draw something up and send it somehow.I do know the dimensions for both common SAAB cylinders so i'll do both. Not sure how to send
them but i'll think of something.I could fax them if you have acces to a fax or i could try and take a pic(Idont have access to a scanner)
Give me a day and i'll sort it out.
