Have I got this right?

I'm starting to connect fuel lines to my Pinto engine-28/36 Weber- Mechanical fuel pump.

Am I OK if I run the fuel pipe from the pump outlet to the vapour seperator pot connection, then from next connection on vapour seperator to carburettor, third connection on vapour seperator to return line to tank.

What's also confusing is that there are two pipe connectors on the Weber carb, both have flow direction arrows pointing away from carb body. Do I just blank one connector off ?

Appreciate any help on this problem.

Regards

David

I started out with a 30/34 weber, vapour separator and feed and return. Then changed to run a line to the pump and then to the carb through a filter which was fine. Vapour separator and return line are not needed and the mechanical pump supplies enough fuel to run twin 40's currently on my pinto engined car.
