2.0ltr dohc wot mod,s will i have to carry out to make it fit in a locost tiger

Im putting a 2.0ltr dohc enigine in my locost tiger, are the engine mounts the same as the pinto's and what modifications will i have to make to make it fit

i think if i was you i would consider another option. The dohc is not the best engine that ford ever produced and it never caught on. there are very limited tuning applications and they are not very strong. You would be better off finding a pinto as there is a wider scope for interpretation with this engine and there are numerous tuning shops/parts/boltons. I thought about this engine for a while as i was offered a free sierra but turned it down due to the engines reputation. sorry?

I'm sure we don't want to get into yet another debate about the pro's and con's of the DOHC but to answer the original question:

The engine mountings are not the same on the DOHC as Pinto.

The engine is taller and wider. It will fit any Ford box, as of course the Pinto will (that's in bellhousing bolt pattern terms).

I'm not familiar with the Tiger engine bay dimensions, although they are bigger than the Locost. Nevertheless I fear you would need to have some big bonnet bulges to accomodate the DOHC.
