Ford Zetec and SVA test.
I have a ford Zetec 1800 Engine. The problem is it has no Engine number on it. As i was given it and is new. when i try and register it will thay ask
any questions about? or will they just give me a new engine number?
also it has feb 95 stamp in the side of the block will this be enough for me to get away from have injection and a cat?
Thanks
Andy

People have told me that an engine needs to be pre-92 to get the 'older' emissions test. Apparently, although you don't *need* a CAT for a few
years after it's very difficult to pass without one.
