Lightened flywheel

What would be the approximate cost of lightening a 1.8 Pinto flywheel. (I am posting this on a Sunday so can't ask the local engineering works yet)

I am having some work done to my zetec, the company quoted me £30 - £40 to lighten the 1.8 zetec flywheel. But I am paying them to do some major cylinder head work for me.

no one acually said its not worth lightening the flywheel. it was said its not worth changing the 2000 one for a 1600 one.

Was quoted $30 (about £20) by a local machine shop.

I wonder how much for titanium gaiters?

I think I paid about £20 to a machine shop to have my VW flywheel lightened.
