waterpump small takeoff to header small take off? - what hose?
What hose have people used for this small tube?
Hoses seem to stop at 11mm
this needs to be about 8mm?
The vacumm hose goes that small but will it do? - says non-pressure applications....

I have fuel hose that is 8 mm I.D. and pretty sure it is avaialalbe in 6 mm I.D.
Looks, smells, feels the same as water hose stuff so give it a go?

Europa Specialist spares keeps stock in that size, but as said fuel hose works just as well.
