Fuel pump
Thought I'd ask here rather than in the BEC section, as I hope to get a quicker/more responses. Would
this pump be suitable for my injected 'Bird? The Haynes book of lies says the bird pump is rated at 50 psi and 220cc every
10 secs if that helps.

Why are you mucking about with an in tank EFI pump ?
Just get something locost for a car, my favorite would be a jag pump, but loads of fords etc had external EFI pumps.
You cannot overcook it easily as EFI's return fuel to the tank. try this one
ef
i pump brand new and £30 NTWM.
None of these pumps need immersing in fuel, when the tanks empty they are suspended in air, its the fuel passing through that cools them.

Ah, I was searching under fuel injection pump, so didn't see that! That should do it nicely then.

i used on my efi engine the sierra efi pump..
you can dril just 3 pops and you have it off incl. the bracket in wich its mount!!
that same bracket you can pop with 3 pops again on the chasis!
Easy right?

If I had a donor lying about I would do, but I'm upgrading due to a broken engine, so don't have any spare bits.
