diesel pistons
this is just an idea but could you use diesel pistons in a turbo conversion as a diesel is very high pressure any ideas

diesels have 25:1 comp ratio in modern diesel engines, most of the combustion chamber is inside the piston itself so the fuel would go into the bowl
in the piston then i doubt the spark would be able to ingnite all the fuel, messing up the hydrocarbon emmission, but they certainly would have
engough strength for low-revs but at high revs they might suffer a bit...

this pic is of a diesel piston, you can see the bowl im on about so i think you would have issuses with igniting all of the air/fuel mix if you could
get the ratio down to 8:1 or something that would handle a turbo setup, but then you have a large distance between the spark and the bottom of the
bowl in the piston,
just a though
