spanish carbs

I have the spanish type of weber 45 on my pinto which has an idle airbleed skrew as well as a fuel mix skrew.

Does anyone know the best method for setting idle on these? I guess you need to balance the air flow in running through each carb with the mix set the same on each and then go onto get the best mix but where do i start with the air bleed?

Thanks once again

Rupert
