2L zetec

hi ive got a 2L zetec engine what would i need for a rwd conversion.what gearbox would be best a type9 or a mt75 and ive read about a bearing on the shaft in the gear box. i cant find a how to guide that tells you all about it just bits

www.zetec-cat.co.uk will tell you all you need to know.


Basically, 1.8 escort/fiesta water pump and pulley, pinto spigot brg, type 9 gearbox and capri release brg.

Youl find 1.8 zetec flywheel is lighter than 2 litre and use this with standard mondeo 1.8 clutch assy.. Escort 1.8 sumps are shallower that 2 litre so give you more ground clearance.
