sump baffles

hi ive started to mod my sump on a 2l zetec. ive copped about 40mm off the bottom and added a wing on the side. but wot baffles do you think i need in the bottom of the sump thanks

its t work at the moment ill post a pick tomorrow ive added a u shape like the pick of yours. but because of the wing i dont no if ill need more baffles

I will be intersted to see how it turns out, i've chopped an ali sump the same as scholar engineering who dont add the wing and baffle each side length ways.

Is yours the ali sump or tin/metal one ?

its a mondeo alloy one ive only put a wing on the one side. i was thinking of putting one on both but ive gotta run the exhaust down one side and havent got the space. but the wing ive put on should hold about the same or it wont be far off

be carefull with adding wings as a few people have missjudged the starter motor zorst side.
