megajolt / megasquirt

Hi,
Could you guys help me with some information:-
Where could I find information on these two ECU things?
Is one better than the other?
Which would be the easiest and best to use with a Zetec or DOHC.
It looks like you can order the Megasquite directly from the states but where is the best place to get a Megajolt.
Many thanks,
David

Mega jolt is ignition only. Mega squirt can be fuel only or fuel and ign depending on which code you use. Lots of info at extraefi.co.uk

If it looks wrong it probably is wrong.

VEMS

Could also go for VEMS ECU, uses same software as the megasquirt, but has different hardware.

www.vems.co.uk

Agriv8 and se7ensport are users on here that use it.

Firstly, as stated one does fuel injection, one does not, so decide what you want to use it for.

There is a load of info on the net and on here for both but you need to decide on the first point before going any further.

Megajolt is fairly simple to install and setup whereas Megasquirt is a little harder to install and far more involved to set up. Not difficult, just more involved.

Summer's here!!!!
