NGK PLUGS
Ok so the opinion is my plugs are ok but i could do better with ngk.What plug code for 2L pinto,injected head with 40's and fr32 cam

if you can find them there is an alternative
apr6f-vg4 (IIRC) which is better... I have been looking myself without success so if you find some let me know!!

For a fast road engine AP7FS are a bit better, but to be honest I am running AP6FS's in my pinto with that spec and it seems to be ok. The
6's are much more readily available than the 7's as well (i.e. you can buy 6's off the shelf in halfrauds for a couple of quid
each)

A word of warning
Do NOT use powersparks.co.uk !
(actually Yates and Bloomfield)
they took my money 3 months ago and I still don't have the plugs!.. have managed to contatc them once so far - after a lot of internet research
to find a contact! - they sdaid they are having 'supply problems'.......
