Ford 7" diff capacity and rear hub nut torque?

Can anyone confirm the torque setting for the rear hub nut on a Sierra assembly? I've seen figures from 250 - 290NM or 180 to 200 lbs ft.

I'd also like to fill my diff before I put the fuel tank back in and obscure the filler. Still on stands at an angle at the mo so whats the recommend re-fill volume from wet? I'm sure I can get me finger in there after to check on the level.

Cheers

I think the torque is 290Nm of the top of my head but i'd let someone confirm, i have a manual but not to hand.

The refill level is to fill the diff untill the oil just starts to come back out of the drain / fill hole.

HTH

Mike
