Rad in nose cone sealing ??

Hi all, what have people used to seal around the radiator filling the gap between it and the nose, I've got a hinged cone so need it to be pliant

Expanding foam that is used for sealing around household pipes etc. Be careful as it expands a lot... cover the Radiator with plastic first and be prepared to do some cutting to release it as it doesn't half hang on!!!

cheers Steve, I think that solution would hinder my flip front nose cone, it's hinged at the lower front point allowing it to rotate forward and get gravel rash if I forget to do up the Dzus fastners

Now the bonnet is fitted that last senario shouldn't happen to often

I was thinking of some sort of rubber strip, maybe some DPM ??
