I have a weber 40 dcoe on a lynx manifold and am i right in think the timing settings are different from standard and if so does anybody know by how much

it only seems to run through the rev range when i set it to 15 degrees and above

Do you have a vacuum advance fitted with the Weber?

No i did not have it connected at the time due to a lack of connecting point
