educated guess would be a 3.38 or a 3.14 to give it anything like a top speed but it does depend on its primary drive ratio,
it uses the same sprocket sizes as a zx10r but revs 3000 rpm less and is about 30+ mph down on speed so i would guess at a primary of 1.6 so you will probably need a 3.14 just to give it a decent top end of about 120
But this is all thory in my head so could be way off, i think chris gamlin has a gearing calculator link on his profile maybe worth a look

id just start off with a 3.62 and see how it goes, my kitten was geared at 3.08 (chain driven) but struggled to pull 5th and sixth but is now around 3.6 and will just crack a ton (10" wheels ) but has gone from 15 second 1/4 to 13.5 . revving over 9k is a waste of time mine pulls much better now but i have a progressive nos system to make up for the lack of hp ,my engine is an early tls with the most agressive ecu mapping and made 118 at the wheel

have a look on the tube under reliant kitten and savour the lovely noise i run seperate pipes so i get the flames on the overrun

glad someone with a twin has posted up as theory and practice are never quite the same. TL1000 is probably one of the bikes i wished i'd owned.
V twin bec 7 a fairly unique combo on here
