I have been looking into fitting megajolt to a Pinto myself over the last couple of days and found this site very helpful. Should give you a few ideas anyway if nobody has proper dimensions.

I have just finished making and fitting a bracket and TPS to my 45 DCOE. I used the same principal as on the link in the previous reply. I measured the dimensions myself, but didn't make a note of them (measuring as I made). It's a relatively simple bracket.

Elongating the holes that attach the TPS to the bracket is useful to get a small amount of adjustability of the TPS itself. The TPS holes will also be dependent on what TPS you use.

I could measure what I did if you are really desperate, but I don't have anything better than a tape measure, so I'm not sure if it would be sufficiently accurate for you?
