First thing is strip down, are you sure the liner has moved ? They also suffer from porous heads and blocks.
Then how much do you want to spend, even at 200k miles expect little bore where and most of everything to be okay, as in all that may be required is a
set of rings, shells& rocker shafts. If you are on a budget, what are you trying to achieve.
Then it comes down to where you live, people like RPI have a good reputation but you are paying for this, on Ebay at the moment you can get a brand
new low compression engine for £1,500, strip and high comp pistons will be cheap or ideal for a turbo !

Hi there
The reason for the rebuild is that it had the heads skimmed and preasure tested new gaskets about 1000 miles ago.
But it has started presurising the system again and blowing in out of the expansion tank in a big way.
Spoke to some of the Range Rover experts and they say it is lightly to be the liners as it is a common fault
Will know more when i get the engine out and take the heads off
Cheers
