what clutch on a ecotec for type 9 box?

just working a bit ahead of myself here.
thanks to Davg got me a nice type 9 box from a sierra

engine is standard from a 1998 astra, so what do i need to do with the clutch? I'm going to get the bellhousing from yukspeed probably, but not sure what else i need. i want to go hydraulic clutch too

yukspeed will sell you the clutch plates, arm and bearing etc too, though no certain about the hydraulic beaing.

cheers andrew, i was just trying to work out what it would cost me.
any ideas if yukspeed prices need to have vat added?

sorry, cant remember prices, it was that long ago! I remember he was very reasonable but i didnt have to add postage as hes quite local to me

pretty sure an eco tec cover plus sierra 2.3 diesel plate does the trick but double check me on that one!!

the sierra plate rings a bell too... any idea how much these cost form a motor facotrs? just in case i get it all wrong lol

spoke to the dude from yukspeed today, going to get his bellhousing. he likes the idea of keeping a cable clutch, i like hydraulic ones (even though it works out much more expensive)

whats involved?

wish i understood these things better lol
