ecotec inlet manifold
can't remember if i asked this before and can't find anything on the search
whats the best way to shape the tubes for these flanges or do i just weld the tubes on round? and what length should i make the runners?
zzr1100 carbs on a 2.0 ecotec

A vice or careful application of the percussive spanner should do the trick. As long as the inside circumference of your port runners is the same as
the ovalised port you should have a nice smooth transition to the throttle bodies.
