XE waterpump - old and new!!

Just found this photo from when I had removed the old waterpump from the redtop - it must have had a hard life!!!!
it would also explain as to why it was a bitch to remove too!!
note the use of nuts welded to 2of the bolts! and I also had to use an angle grinder on the thick washers!!
worth checking your own!!

no anti freaze been used, the block will be just as horid inside

block and everything else had a complete stripdown/clean/re-bore - its sparkling now!!!! ready for me to thrash it this year
