another crossflow piston ring question

as far as I can determine, crossflow has the follwoing rings, going from the top down

1. compression ring
2. another compression ring
3. compostite scrape ring compring top ring, zig-zag ring and lower ring

I know the gaps in the rings shold not be in line but is what is the best positioning?

Do the gaps in the 2 compression rings be on opposite sides or 120 degrees?

And the scraper - again are the gaps for this composite ring in line or oppsite each other or some other angle?

And how does the composite ring gap angle relate to the two cmpression rings?

The way I was gonna to it was to have top 2 rings 120, top scraper at 240 and lower scraper 180 to top scraper.

i.e. top = 12 o'clock
lower = 4 o'clock
top scraper = 8 o'clock
lower scraper = 2 o'clock

I can't seem to find a gap in the scraper itself - is this gap's posiiton significant ?
