Haven't done it myself but I think most people drill them out using micro drills . Did get a set of ebay for about £3? but change plans.

1.8mm is usually used for 2ltr engines i think... but don't go with me on that! its just an observation. a starting point, if you like

don't write OT on a new thread title, you're creating the topic, everything you write is very much ON topic!

I think you will find weber downdraught jets will screw in there, but as previously said you can jet drill them, resolder and drill again if necessary.I would think for a 2.1 you will need about 1.7 or you may may find it runs out of puff at the top end.The Jacko chappie on here is worth a shout

Mine is 2.0 and jets are 1.6mm on ZZR1100 40mm choke carbs.

Very easy to drill out. Did mine by hand (not using power drill).

Fully recommend boggs for the final rolling road set up.

Cant agree more. my first contact with Boggs was to offer them money for the carb settings i needed 9i figured it was the result of experience etc that they would know so a valuable bit of knowledge to get cars fired up). he would hear none of it and just told me over the phone.

I ordered a manifold off them 2 weeks later - such was the warm feeling they left me with.

The 2 brothers were great to deal with during the fabrication stages - nothing is a trouble. Following that i found Dave fascinating to talk to during rolling road session and their garage is like a petrolheads museum.

Hi there. I assume it is the MAIN jets we are talking about here. If so I've got lots of them, all different sizes. I may not have 180's but I've got some small drills to make some up. You are welcome to come and see. I'm only a few miles away in KIRKBY. I've got lots of smaller sizes around 120's. You could experiment for yourself.
U2U me.
Geoff.
