MT75 gearbox connections

Hi,

Does anyone know what the electrical connection at the back of the MT75 box (just before the output shaft) is for?

i would expect:

reverse gear switch
vehicle speed sensor

Any idea of the spec's of the speed sensor.Number of pulses per revolution and wiring?

If I remember right Ford use either 4000 or 8000 pulses per mile, of course depends on diff and wheel size.
