Any Ideas?
Has anyone got any ideas on the preformance differences of a RV8 fireblade or X Flow 1600cc any BHP or 0-60 estimations? Which would be easier to
install etc?

Well now, can't help with the blade stats, but for V8, then you are looking at minimum 135bhp (pick your engine carefully for free horse power....),
and 0-60 in about 4.5 secs.
With the V8, you have to be very careful with your diff ratios. It really needs to be driving a 3.14 ford diff with a standard Rover LT77 'box.
Crossflow 1.6 is about 6.5/7.0 to sixty, and about 80-85bhp ISTR

Fireblade, consistent 0-60 under 4 secs, been down as low as 3.5 with shite tryes, not estimates, data loggin dash.
Had no problems at Donnington last Wednesday with TVR's, Porche's ect, infact the only "supercar" to wee me off was a Porche 911, the driver
decided to wash is screen whilst we was in pit lane waitin to go out, i got soaked. Bryn a local fellow builder was there to (16v Vaux) but in a
different group, he had fun with an Evo, the Evo lost.
Any guys out there with an interest in BEC's try this site/list http://uk.groups.yahoo.com/group/bike-engined-cars/ great bunch a lads who know
what there doing. 
As for fitting, the bike route is quite simple once you get your head round it, i would say much easier than a car set up, especially if your mixing
and matching engine / box types from different cars.

The bike engine sounds the way to go then. I have a calibra 4x4 turbo and that has a 6.2 0-60 so im looking for something a litle quicker so the bike
engine is ideal! Are there any special mods to make the car go that much quicker with a bike engine than with a car or i it just engine weight and
higher rev range? Is it more expensive to insure bike engine cars and more expensive to buy engine in the first place?
