Coil supressor?
I am getting some major interference on my RPM signal to the dash/rev limiter (also had it on the old one too) which is causing the rev limiter to cut
in way too early most of the time and also messes up my shift lights.
Simple question really, should I have a supressor across my coil? If so anyone know what capacitance they are so I can get one?
Or could it be something else playing it up? All the connections have been checked and are good.
Cheers,
David

you could try a shielded wire...
for the coil pickup...
and ground it only at one side...
also make sure your coil is grounded good to... (don't isolated from the chasis)
Tks

Got a ford part number? Failing that I'll go and annoy the ford techy guys again and make them hunt through their EPC!
