Hayabusa engine running problem

Hi, I bought a hayabusa recently, got the engine running after it has been standing around for about 12 months, new plugs fitted. At first there was no combustion on cylinder no. 1 (cold manifold) but now there is some combustion but manifold only gets to 110C whereas the other 3 run at 250-300C. I have replaced the fuel hoses from the tank, checked the injector voltages and resistance (all ok), checked the spark which is there but seems weak (although they all seem weak), fitted new battery, changed fuel, drained tank and used injector cleaner (redex). Still no improvement and trying to ride the bike it loses power and stalls all the time. If i pull the coil wire or injector wire off cyl 1 it makes no difference to running whereas doing the same on 2-4 it bogs down so obviously not much combustion in no.1!!

Any ideas apart from swapping over/out injectors or ecu?

Cheers

Have you tried moving the ignition coils about to see if the problem moves to another cylinder yet??

Do a compression test on all cylinders, compare cylinder 1 with the rest.

Yes tried swapping coils, makes no difference, not tried compression test though. Ive got a tester but not long enough to reach down into spark plug holes! Anyone got one i could borrow?

Cheers
