Dribbling Fuel Sender......

Filled the tank up to the tabs for the first timwe today, and there's fuel dribbling out from under the screw heads holding the sender in. Which isn't ideal.

What's the best (safest?) thread sealant for fuel tanks? Hylomar blue or something else?

That is what I just bought to do the same job. Went with a homemade cork gasket, and will top that off with flexible gasket to seal. Dont use silicone!

As advised do not use silicon!. PTFE tape around the screws may help ?
