Zetec cast manifolds-any good?

As the titke really, I am so restricted with space/availability of manifolds (1800 silvertop in a spitfire), and the one I made I am not sure if that is any good.
So are the std cast manifolds any good, aand which is the best of the lot? I am running a raceline water rail, so the "ramhorn" variety that go up then down wont go on either
Maybe the focus cast one?
Any suggestions??
TIA
Clive

Would a manifold from an ST170 fit in the space you have available?? Not sure what you could do with one of these plus a bit of welding????

Hi, i'm putting a c20xe red top in a spitfire, what injection system have you got? did you have any probs with clearance to the clutch m/cylinder? i've got gsxr 1000 tb's and it looks like it might be tight when i fit the engine

Think it will be too tall, even if adapted into 4>1.

Re injection, not on yet but running 40 DHLA's. Have some 36mm throtle bodies to go on with a megasquirt. Need to sort the manifold properly for the wideband sensor.
