fuel tank probs
after getting my injection a bit more sorted i now have a problem that when i turn right at some speed i get fuel surge, the tank (ally) has a baffle
in it but seems to be more holes than plate also when draining the tank i noted fuel stopped running while there was still 1" of fuel in the
tank, pick up is right on the bottom.
i thought about putting a banjo fitting in the middle of said tank, obviously its difficult to get a nut on banjo bolt so i found this.

Ideal for adding to the top of a tank as a return.
There will still be an amount of fuel That you can not pick up, its only 6mm and is the tank thick enough to hold it?

I had the same problem with the stock tank (MG Midget) and just made my own in Ali, I put 2 baffle plates with no holes in either side of the intank
pump. They go almost to the top and have a very small gap at the bottom, It seems to work fine.
Have you thought about adding foam to the tank?
