X Flow data

Ordered a X Flow tuning book but till it arrives, anyone out there who can tell me the torque settings for cyl head and rocker post bolts. Also the valve clearances would be nice too and whether they are set hot or cold.
Thanks in advance

I have ford kent crossflow book and it says............are u ready..
cylinder head in 5 stages

1)7nm
2)28-42nm
3)70-76nm
4)90-97nm after 10 to 20 minutes
5) After engine has warmed up (15 minutes at 1000rpm) tighten up to 90 -97nm.

I can give you valve clearance details if you tell me size of engine.

What cam are you using?

Check with the cam data for valve settings or you might be defeating the object of fitting it.

yours, Pete

I went into the RSPCA office the other day. It was so small you could hardly swing a cat in there.
