Type 9 Straight Cut 5 Seed Gearbox
Just broken the baulk rings in my box, welded the input shaft bearing to the shaft? running about 275bhp and have been told this is too much for the
box? anyone else had any problems like this? also has anyone got a dogbox they use

BGH do HD baulk rings and bearings in there E8 boxes for this reason:

also you get to pick your own ratios
(I managed to get one of these boxes for my dax build  )
