Throttle bodies, what can I expect to pay, fitted?
What can I expect to pay just a rough idea for a set of throttle bodies fitted and tuned ?
Engine. 4age Toyota 1.6 16v on omex ecu, currently on twin carbs

Loads and loads of variables here - far too nany for an accurate cost really.
You will likely need a Fuel Return pipe back to the tank if not already got one (perhaps a new tank as well). A high pressure Fuel Pump, Fuel
Regulator, Possible Swirl pot (if not incorporated into a new tank).
What type of throttle bodies ? Bike TB's, Jenvey, Titan Roller bodies ??
ECU (is yours capable of doing Fuel Injection?) - OMEX, Megasquirt
and then approx 4-5 hours possible rolling road.
I reckon to get someone to do that lot you are looking at over £2k and possibly well over, depending on what is required to make them fit
EDIT: actually closer to £3K with a OMEX ecu etc.
Give someone like ATspeed a call. they will quote of rhtis type of work.
MK Indy - 2litre Duratec - Omex 600 - Jenvey throttle bodies - ETB DigiDash2

Did my car using an new Emerald ECU, S/H bike T.B.s on a home made manifold , new high pressure pump and swirl pot including a rolling road set up for
about £1300.

Hi Nick,
Just emailed you, suggested bike throttles as a cheap option.
My advice would also be sell your carbs and omex as a complete kit, you may get more money that way.
Then go for bike bodies with megasquirt, by far the cheapest option.
I'm not sure what the other guys think but i prefer EFI over carbs any day, much simpler to tune and normally much better drivablity and MPG.
Cheers Dale, Bailey Performance.
