Lathing service

Anyone on here do lathe work? I need something very simple made to hold a belt deflection pulley on

25mm diameter soild bar 72mm long with a tapped hole either end one side m6 (20mm deep) the other m12 (30mm deep)

I can send payment via paypal no problem...
