Exhaust Help

OK, after much deliberation and advice on here, I managed to get a carbon R1 can for the Locost. I now have it mounted where I think it will stay but I still need to have a bend and rolled-edge on the outlet pipe to stop it cooking the rear arch and also to help with the IVA. It has an inner and outer pipe (42 and 60mm ODs). I have looked in loads of places for something but am a little confused as to what is best. I cannot afford the stupid prices some places are asking for a few inches of pipe!

The can bottom edge is about level with the chassis bottom rail so hopefully that should be OK. I also need to try and use clamps that will pass the IVA, the 'U'-type ones are way too sharp!

Any ideas or suggestions gratefully received.

Thanks.

John

Clamps, use Mikalor and move the bolt adjuster towards the body.
You can always wrap with exhaust wrap to cover the sharp bits.
