duratec fuel rail fitting
Hi have just got my fiesta st fuel rail how do i work a fuel return on it and i could do with some injector retaining clips wheres the best place to
get them

The only way I could see was to remove the damper from the middle of the rail, take out its guts (carefully cos there's a sping in there) and
replace it this gives you a return, but its a tiny connection.
I then replacd the damper with a alluminium blank with a 90 degree pipe connection in it, but wasn't happy as it leaked.
So in the end I got a nice stainless steel open ended replacement from AT power, cost a lot, but I am know safe in the knowlege I will not have any
leaks from a bogde done by me.
Duratec Engine is fitted, MS2 Extra V3 is assembled and tested, engine running, car now built. IVA passed 26/02/2016

Hi st fuel rail has no damper just 1 fuel connection so going to have to do some enginerring somewhere i am down in york at weekend might come over
for a look at your car

I modified mine with a return line. I will post a picture tonight.
