bonnet cutting for exhaust, enough clearance??

Hi guys n gals,

Before I cut the bonnet I have made a template to see how much clearance I have and to try and have to only cut once. Please have a look at the pic and let me know what you think. I have measured just a tad over 5mm between the pipes and the bonnet. There will ovbiously be a trim tp go one but thats about 1.5mm thickness.
Not a great picture but my rubbish phone does not have a flash or anything clever like that!!

Ally or FG bonnet? if FG i would want min 15mm clear even if trimming, If alloy I would want about 10mm clear.

Ally won't burn so that's a good start, the next issue is how much the engine moves on the mounts when you rev it, brake hard etc.
