Exhaust manifold blowing again....
The system features a 4 into 1 so is quite difficult to line up.
At least three times the exhaust gasket on the cylinder head has blown.
The standard Lancia/Fiat one is a thin composite sandwich so obviously not good at taking up tolerance.
Lining the headers up and facing them is all but impossible given they are all independent.
Any suggestions please as to how I can fix it - double up on the gasket, exhaust paste (no cat)??

might be worth looking at the way the exhaust is mounted.You need support but also allow for engine movement that doesnt strain the manifold.thats my
two p's worth but its wednesday so its free
