Mounting tank?

Does anyone have any pictures/descriptions of how and what they used to strap down their tanks.

Need some inspiration!

Cheers,

DC

Try a couple of ally strips about an inch or so wide from the rear rail over the top of the tank and bolted down in front of the tank, and remember to use a bit of foam strip so as to cushion the tank from the car and straps !!

Tank strapping

You can use polypropylene strip (x2), 25mm wide instead of ally, approx 3mm thick (don't need foam then, and no corrosion issues and it's quiet - it is what 99% of kart racing tanks are held on with). If you need foam give me a shout as the company I work for make foam strips with and without adhesive backing 1mm thk upwards
