Exhaust Manifold Build

Exhaust Manifold Build,

Does anyone on here have access to a mandrel pipe bender and also be able to bend and supply 48mm & 53mm OD mild steel pipe. I would like the proper un distorted mandrel bends. As everything is getting a bit tight I realise I will have to make my own or have one made if all else fails. I also intend to measure and achieve equal length primary etc, but realise its not going to be that easy.

I could do with bends in; 48mm OD 6 or 7 90° & 4 or 5 45°
53mm OD 2 or 3 45° & 2 or 3 22°

Can anyone help or point me in the right direction regarding supply of a few bends etc. Cheers in advance.

Cheers Coozer,

I only wish I knew what degree of bends I need, it will however be trial and error, cut and splice. Looks like they should be able to help thanks. Jacko.
