Max Boost and Power?

I have just tweaked my turbo actuator the car is now holding 1 bar of boost
Car is running a Fiesta RST engine.

The car has a T3 turbo, yellow injectors, a superchip on the ofac ecu, 3 inch exhaust, upgraded fuel pressure regulator.
It runs great and is quick, not quite as fast as my old zetec turbo., but not bad for a 1.6.

From what i have read 15psi is max boost on the stage 2 chip, can anyone confirm this?
And also would the stage one chip cause a fuel cut at 12psi?

Thanks John
