Oil catch tank Breather or not?

Hi, I want to fit a basic catch tank on my zetec powered F27.

My question is, should I get a tank with a breather/filter attached or will a sealed tank be ok?

Thanks,

Liam

would somewhere like ebay be the best place to get one? I need one with 2 outlets but different sizes, one 15mm and one mm.
