I've got a spark but won't run
Trying to Start my engine up and I have a spark but won't run. I noticed that my fuel tank isn't getting any fuel back down the return
pipe to the tank. Would this cause a problem with it running?

Is there fuel getting to the TB's?
Are your feed and return lines connected to the right ends of the fuel rail? You wouldn't be the first to have the feed going in the return end
(where the reg is) of the rail.

Main things to check are as follows
Compression
Spark
Fuel
Timing.
If all of those are right it should run.
