Not done it with the ZRX1200, but I've done it with ZX10, ZZR1100 & ZZR1400, none of which need any mods for road or light track use. If
going for serious trackday stuff then I think an accusump would be advisable, but the fact that you've got the engine the same way round it is
in the bike helps enormously..
Is the ZRX1200 the larger version of the ZZR1100 or is it the ZX12R engine? If it's the former I'd say you're defo ok, if the latter
then I believe you'd be fine as above, but obviously check which way the sump lies etc
