is that for both the thermostat outlet and the water pump outlet? The water pump outlet seems a lot bigger in diameter?

Your right, the thermo to rad is 32mm. I used a reducer samco elbow for the pump outlet, I seem to remember it was 38-32mm, but best check first.

Put the calipers round both outlets. Thermostat was just under 32mm, and pump exactly 32mm.

Is a blacktop, though - so the pump may be different (am using a silvertop thermostat housing)

As I can recall the pump inlet was 44 mm. Its a Greytop with standard Escort pump

what did you do about the actual pipes? they are different diameters to the rad inlets, and also a fair distance?

any places we can get the same from?

I used a mix of rubber hoses, copper pipes, copper pipe reducers and some exhaust pipe.

I had no problems finding sutible pipes and hoses.

The tricky part was the pump inlet (44mm). I have LHD and the steering column passes just outside the inlet.
