which dizzy? with or without ?
I intend on using a weber DGAS carb on my 2.0 pinto . Do I need to use a distributor with a vacuum advance or without a vacuum advance ?
I've got a standard dizzy from a carbed sierra.
"just like that !"

Nothing wrong with using a vacuum advance if you can.
The vacuumless ones are for applications where you can't easily get a vacuum take off like when using twin 40's

Ive just fitted new vacuum'd dizzy and will be using 38DGAS.
Not sure how to pipe it up tho' - and suggestions (is it just to a suitable manifold take off point or does it need to be to a specific
point?)
I got a new electronic dizzy and new amplifier from GMS for £90 - absolute bargain. Can be had cheaper from scrappies if you can find one - but how
reliable?? I opted for piece of mind cos i dont want to break down if i have family in car (or if im enjoying track day).
