Ford Type E Gear lever

I just fitted a quaife close ratio diff,but I am missing a gear lever. Does anyone have a standard one which I could buy? I was going to get a quickshift but it would be a shame to modify it (to suit my chasis IE cut and weld).

All help appreciated.
