How to Fit a Hydraulic Clutch on a Type 9 Box?

Hi,

I have the hydraulic clutch pedal on my pedal box and I have a clutch slave cylinder from rally design. However I know need to make some form of bracket but Im not sure exactly how it is supposed to fit?

Does anyone know how or even better, have any pictures?
